SPRING/FALL

2012 RATES:

Before June 2 & after Sept 3
$650 per week (Sunday to Sunday)
$115 per night – 2 night min.
$100 per night – 3 or more nights

SUMMER

2012 RATES:

June 2 – June 9
August 25 – September 1
$800 per week

June 9 – June 16
August 18 – August 25
$1000 per week

June 16 – August 18
$1200 per week (Saturday to Saturday)

Rates are based on one family (one couple and their dependent children) or two couples occupancy.

All rates subject to 6% Michigan use tax. Deposit: $600/week Summer

- Deposit: $325/week Spring/Fall
- 50% on daily rental
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Check-in time: 2 PM
- Check-out time: 10 AM

NO PETS
